At a venue that feels like it belongs in Gone with the Wind, a Rust House Manor Wedding carries the feeling of southern charm to every couple that gets married here. Located central to Leesburg, Virginia, this property lies on a nature sanctuary which makes a beautiful backdrop. Not only do you get access to the manor, but the grounds and tented pavilion as well. Any wedding here is sure to feel luxurious with a touch of southern charm.
Surrounded by 68 acres of woods, the manor is located in a central part of Leesburg. Ran by NOVA Parks, this property promises to have stunning landscaping no matter the time of the year. Couples have access to the grounds surrounding the home, the manor itself, and the outdoor tent during their Rust Manor House Wedding.
Off of the property, Leesburg is a bustling town with plenty of opportunities for hotels, dining, and entertainment. Guests can stay in a local bed & breakfast or an accommodating hotel. The dining scene does not disappoint. With multiple top-notch restaurants to choose from, your tummy will be happy. One of my favorites is the Leesburg Public House. The food was terrific and the atmosphere made for a great dining experience.
Inside the Rust Manor House, there is plenty of room to prep for your wedding day. For one thing, its users will have access to the parlor, dining room, library, and large foyer. Therefore, wedding day prep is central and easy. However, you can choose to prepare off-site and save the house for cocktail hour. In addition to the beauty, the home has amenities, such as wifi and projection equipment, to keep everyone entertained leading up to the ceremony.
In addition to a stunning interior, one of the things a Rust Manor House Wedding is most known for is its stunning exterior. No matter the time of year, this venue is sure to please you with its well-kept exterior. Not only are the grounds well taken care of, but the house itself also stays in pristine condition year-round.
Because the property is so beautiful, many couples can’t decide on a ceremony location. One of my favorite ceremony styles at this venue is a lawn-style ceremony. Starting at the back of the house, chairs can be placed across the lawn to lead up to a gorgeous wedding arch. There is plenty of property to also host a cocktail hour on the lawn. Your ceremony will truly feel like a southern wedding.
There is nothing more convenient than a reception held on the same property as the ceremony. For a Rust Manor House Wedding, this is the case! Located only a short walk away is the property’s tented reception area. This tent is well-equip for any season. During the summer months, the tent has air conditioning, while during the winter, heaters save the day!
This venue makes the catering vendor choice easy by working exclusively with Great Blue Heron Catering. The chefs and team with this company are able to provide an array of services. Whether it is a buffet or sit down, you are certainly in good hands with this team.
This venue gifts many areas for the perfect photos. Starting in the home, the many rooms are perfect for getting ready shots. Then moving outdoors, the opportunities are endless. With acres of trees and nature, there really is nowhere that is wrong. Couples can also use the house as a backdrop. These doric-style columns add to the historic charm of the home, and it photographs beautifully. No matter where photos are always beautiful on this property.
Nestled in beauty and touched by historic charm, Rust Manor House is a fantastic place to say I do and celebrate with your friends.
