Upon arriving to the property, visitors will notice the miles of rolling hills and white picket fences that surround the equestrian-style barn. Along with the stunning views, this property provides a cozy interior barn, patio with removable walls to protect from harsh weather, and an outdoor ceremony area that looks down at the fields surrounding Shadow Creek.
About Shadow Creek
The Carlyle family has lived in the Loudon county area for many generations. When the 200 acre piece of land that sat alongside their family farm appeared to be for sale, Lori and her husband knew that they wanted to take the opportunity to open their own wedding venue. Since that day in 2013, over 1000 couples have had the wedding of their dreams at Shadow Creek.
Whether it is the heat of the summer or the cold of the winter, Shadow Creek has many accommodations to make sure your wedding day is comfortable for everyone. This includes a backup generator and optional glass doors for the porch to keep unwanted weather out. The entire property is handicap accessible, so you do not have to worry about leaving out any of your loved ones.
The Amenities Provide All Day Comfort
From the first look to the last dance, Shadow Creek is the venue to spend your entire wedding day. Each rental day includes 12 hours of property access, so wedding day preparation can be relaxed and stress free. There are two dressing rooms available. On opposing ends, the dressing rooms provide the couple with ease and comfort knowing that there will be no accidental sneak peeks!
Both vendors and guests will have no problem parking, as everyone has access to the onsite parking lot that is sure to fit everyone celebrating. Just off of the parking lot is a gorgeous outdoor patio. Out here, guests can enjoy a toasty fire or even play in some yard games. During cocktail hour, your guests can enjoy hors d’oeuvres on the porch or get their favorite drinks from the Hitched Bar (an optional add on).
Couples have the option to add on a night or two at Shiloh, their sister property. This stay provides a luxury experience that is sure to enhance a wedding weekend.
They Have You Covered- Ceremony Options
Knowing it is best to prepare for it all, Shadow Creek provides couples with multiple options for your ceremony and even reception. With most spaces able to seat 300, you can have all of your loved ones in a place that is the most comfortable for everyone.
Nowhere short of outdoor spaces, the property embraces the creativity of their couple’s vision of their special day. The back patio provides the opportunity to look out at the hills surrounding the venue. From tented weddings to open air celebrations, this ceremony space has seen it all.
The barn is the main indoor space on the property. This area is equipped with plenty of restrooms and a full catering kitchen. Guests will have plenty of places to relax and mingle with the multiple seating areas available. Rollaway bars are available and able to be moved to match the vision of the day. Couples can transform this space into many different ways.
Both indoor and outdoor, the porch is a spectacular place to hold both the ceremony and reception. This space has been home to many cocktail hours and ceremonies. It is truly the perfect canvas to make your own. With easy access to the barn and outdoor area, the porch maybe my favorite part of the property.
