One month before your wedding, I’ll work with your planner to finalize your timeline, family formals, and all the special details that make your day unique.

Wedding Day Prep
Your wedding weekend is where all the anticipation and planning come together. From the rehearsal dinner to the last dance, I’ll be there to capture each joyful, fleeting moment — the laughter, the tears, and the people who mean the most to you. It’s my honor to preserve your story in a way that feels true to who you are.
Your Wedding Celebration
Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a handful of sneak peek images to relive the magic and share the joy with family and friends. Your full wedding gallery will arrive within 6–8 weeks, thoughtfully edited and curated to reflect the beauty, emotion, and story of your day. Each image is delivered in a beautifully organized online gallery, ready for downloading, sharing, and printing.

For engagement sessions, you can expect your gallery in 2-3 weeks. For your wedding, you can expect sneak peeks in 24-38 hours after your wedding weekend and your full gallery 6-8 weeks after.
What is your turn around time?
Drone coverage can be included if the venue, weather and timeline permit it. Tailored proposals to include film can be discussed.
Do you shoot film or drone?
If your wedding is within a 2 hour driving distance from Richmond, travel is included. The DMV area is served without travel fees. All destination weddings will have a consult to establish travel fees.

If you’re feeling ready to move forward, the next step is simple. You’re welcome to schedule a consultation call if you’d like to connect further and talk through any remaining details. When you’re ready to book, you’ll receive a contract and invoice — once both are completed and your 20% retainer is paid, your date is officially reserved.
